VendorsThe Skagit Valley Highland Games attracts approximately 15,000 people over the course of each second full weekend of July. Clans and vendors are an important part of our event, and we do everything we can to make it a fun and worthwhile experience. Our goal is for this to be a positive and profitable experience for you, and a truly win-win situation for us all. If you are a new vendor who has not attended the Skagit Valley Highland Games in the past, we request that you please include pictures and descriptions of merchandise for review (including menus, if you are a food vendor) with your application. We make efforts to have merchandise that is generally “Celtic” in theme and to the extent possible try to not duplicate food selections especially. For that reason, we also request that all food vendors submit their food menus with their application. Our process is to review applications and make the determination on including vendors before depositing an application payment (check or credit card). If an application is not approved for any reason, we’ll return the vendor fee payment as soon as possible with notification to the applicant. The Celtic Arts Foundation reserves the right to include or reject an application for any reason. Vendor applications for the 2011 Skagit Valley Highland Games will be available in early 2011. Please note, we've combined ALL vendor applications into one form for Clans, Food and Merchandise vendors. Deadline: We encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible; however, all applications need to be postmarked by June 5, 2011. Questions? Please e-mail our Clan & Vendor Coordinator or call us directly at 1-360-416-4934. Program advertising: Let folks know you are at the Games by advertising in the official Highland Games program! Our partner, Skagit Publishing creates a beautiful program that is sent around to tens of thousands of households the week of the Highland Games. Another several thousand are handed out for free at the Games. To find out more, please contact Skagit Publishing Company. ALL VENDORS MUST COMPLETE AND SIGN THE VENDOR CONTRACT (including Clans).
