Ad Materials Specifications
- Ads should be submitted in digital format on a CD or emailed (preferred).
- Ads are to be Black and White (grayscale) only (except back outside cover).
- Ads need to be set up to be print resolution, including all photos and graphics (300dpi minimum).
- Ads should be converted from their native file format to either TIF files at 300 dpi or high-quality-print-resolution PDF (PDF files preferred.) All fonts and links need to be properly embedded. If you are submitting your file on CD, please include a composite proof (hardcopy or email a PDF).
- We cannot accept MS Word files, Microsoft Publisher, Corel Draw, Freehand, Quark, or PowerPoint files.
- If using an actual business card for the business card sized ad, you should scan a print-resolution image of your card and email a digital file or you may mail an actual business card and we will scan it for you.
