Drop-In Classes for Chanter, Highland Pipes and Smallpipes

Drop-in Classes for Chanter, Highland Pipes, and Smallpipes at the Littlefield Celtic Center

These Tuesday and Thursday sessions are open to players of the Chanter, Highland Pipes or Smallpipes. Our focus will be primarily on fundamentals such as: Instrument Maintenance, Tuning, Attacks/Cut-offs, Steady Blowing, Reed Calibration, and Playing Music. These sessions will not follow a set curriculum. The focus of each session may shift depending on the needs of attendees. In every session, there will be time devoted to playing tunes as a group on your instrument.

Each drop-in session will take place on a Tuesday or Thursday in July.

Students can pre-pay for sessions online in 1 or 2 class packs (see below).
