Supertrad Concert

Uniting fiery tradition with bold contemporary flair, Tomas Callister, Paddy Callaghan & Adam Rhodes are a powerhouse trio of folk musicians with roots spanning the Isle of Man and Glasgow, Scotland. With Tomas Callister on fiddle, Paddy Callaghan on accordion, and Adam Rhodes on bouzouki, the group brings together decades of shared experience, masterful musicianship, and an infectious on-stage chemistry.

Tomas and Adam, both hailing from the Isle of Man, are widely known for their work with genre-defying trad band Mec Lir and the award-winning supergroup Ímar. Glasgow-based Paddy Callaghan, a BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the Year winner, leads his own successful outfit, The Paddy Callaghan Trio, and is a respected figure in the Scottish folk scene.

Together, the trio deliver high-energy sets rich in tradition yet brimming with innovation, blending Manx, Scottish, and Irish influences into a distinctive, dynamic sound. Their performances have taken them across North America and Europe, with standout appearances at renowned events such as Celtic Connections in Glasgow and other major European folk festivals.

Whether on an international stage or in an intimate venue, Tomas, Paddy, and Adam offer a compelling celebration of Celtic music that is as deeply rooted as it is forward-looking.

Doors will open at 6:30pm and music will begin at 7pm. Refreshments will be available for purchase.
